I am sometimes appointed to serve as Commissioner in judicial foreclosure sales of real properties, usually in East Hawaii.

As the Commissioner, I am a neutral person assigned by a judge to go through procedures required by the court to sell a property at a public auction.  I do not work for a bank or mortgage company or any party to the foreclosure action.
