BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Robert Keith Allen is a 1995 graduate of Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.  A resident of Hawaii since 1984, he returned to Hawaii after earning his law degree to establish a private practice.  In addition to his law degree, he also holds a B.A. (1976) from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and was awarded a Certificate of Teacher Education in 1991 from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.  Robert's enriching employment prior to becoming an attorney includes significant experience in diverse fields such as retail management, teaching, construction, and clerical work, all of which has proven helpful in relating to clients and their issues at a personal level.
